Elmar Stieß LL.M. (Hamilton, NZ)

Elmar H. Stiess joined JM-Legal in 2014. As attorney and chief legal officer for a mid-sized corporation in Stuttgart he can draw on years of experience gained in the fields of law and management by providing strategic and legal advice e.g. on mergers and acquisitions, debt and equity financing, employee incentive schemes, shareholder disputes, corporate governance and contract negotiations. Furthermore, he gained international expertise as legal advisor, mentor and tutor during his stay abroad in New Zealand. He is a corporate and commercial lawyer with a wide range of experience advising local and international clients on many aspects of commercial law, intellectual property law, contracts and employment law issues. He provides advice to our clients in particular in the area of Stuttgart. He is business fluent in German and English as well as fluent in Spanish.
